Mix the spices in a small ramekin.

Peel the potatoes, then slice them lengthwise.

Cut them into half-moon shapes, about ¼ inch thick.

Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and toss in the sliced potatoes. Coat them in the oil.

Let the potatoes cook for about 4 minutes before flipping them. Then cook them for another 4 minutes on the other side.

Cook for a total of 20 minutes, gently flipping them every few minutes with a spatula flipper. Once they're about finished (and there's just a little oil left in the bottom), add the spices and gently flip to combine.
